Together with its donor investors, fundholders, and philanthropic giving groups, the Santa Barbara Foundation leverages knowledge, creativity, and resources for a greater collective impact than any of us could make alone.

As the community foundation for the entire county, the foundation funds a wide range of initiatives and projects, through competitive grant programs and the charitable interests of its donors.

Careful stewardship has allowed the foundation to continue its work for 85 years, contributing more than $300 million to hundreds of nonprofit agencies throughout the county.
