Creating a Business Model that is Right for Your Organization

Your organization operates on a business model whether or not you're aware of it. You can't talk about what you're going to do without talking about how to get the money for it...and you can't talk about how to get money without talking about what you're going to do. How do you do both together? Understanding the interaction among all your activities-programs, earned income and fundraising-and how to adjust them to make the business model that's right for your organization will lead you towards organizational sustainability. This roundtable will highlight one simple, effective tool for assessing your business model by considering financial viability and mission impact together.
