Music & Meditation Santa Barbara
“Quiet the Mind. Let the Music In.”
Music & Meditation Santa Barbara is an intimate concert series bringing together guided meditation and the expressive power of live classical music.
Each one-hour program begins with guided meditation, preparing the audience through stillness and focused awareness, followed by exceptional musicians performing carefully crafted programs. In an intimate setting, audiences are invited to listen deeply and experience music with heightened attention, reflection, and connection.
The series was founded by pianist and composer Antonio Artese, Artistic Director, and Jessica Kolbe, Meditation Guide.
The series is presented at Weinman Hall at the Music Academy of the West in Santa Barbara. For current season programming, artists, and concert information, visit https://musicandmeditationsb.com.
