The 2020 Census Count is taking place on April 1, and SBF has teamed up with Santa Barbara County Census to ensure that every person in our county is represented. If you are a nonprofit service provider who works with historically hard-to-count populations (listed in the graphic below), you may be eligible to apply for a Census 2020 Outreach and Assistance Grant. SBF has distributed nearly $200,000 in Phase I Grant Awards to 13 community nonprofits. Applications are now open for Phase II Grants, which will engage new partners or augment current contracts with additional funding.
