Center for Nonprofit Leadership Workshop – Collaborative Leadership & Culture Development

Numerous studies have shown that collaborative leadership leads to higher engagement, better results, and overall higher satisfaction among team members.  This approach actively encourages and draws on everyone (staff, volunteers, stakeholders, clients) to be part of the process.
