In times of crisis and financial uncertainty, nonprofit leaders often do not have the time or ability to conduct formal scenario planning. But they can still develop potential scenarios and back up plans that can provide leaders, their staff, boards, and funders the confidence they need to press on in turbulent times. Join us for an engaging webinar on how nonprofit leaders can use contingency planning to adapt and respond to the unforeseen and sudden shifts we all face. In this virtual workshops, we will discuss:
- Building your financial toolkit
- How cuts will impact delivery of mission and economic viability
- Understanding what costs ‘go away’ and what costs stay
- Triggers that lead to Plan B, Plan C, etc.
