Since 2010, the Global Neighborhood Fund has been a leading collective global giving group that has provided nearly $350,000 in grassroots grants to organizations in developing countries. Some of their past and present work has included/includes providing people with health care, clean water, education for girls, economic empowerment, safe births, and prevention and treatment of gender violence.

The Ojai Women’s Fund (OWF) pools the resources of women in the Ojai Valley to provide meaningful financial support to a broad range of charitable projects throughout the Valley. Areas of focus include arts, education, the environment, health and social services. Through its annual grantmaking program, OWF will inspire women to become leaders in philanthropy, educate women and the community on current issues and giving strategies, and empower women to help strengthen their community.

Women’s Fund of Northern Santa Barbara CountyThe Women’s Fund of Northern Santa Barbara County responds to the community’s most urgent needs by making substantial gifts in Northern Santa Barbara County. From its beginnings as a giving circle of 16 local women in 2007, the Women’s Fund of Northern Santa Barbara County has grown to over 160 members, awarding more than $700,000 to nonprofits in North County.

The Women’s Fund of Santa Barbara, with close to 1,200 members, is a volunteer-led collective donor organization. Each year women combine their charitable dollars and provide transformational grants, from $50,000-$150,000 each, to local nonprofits focused on the critical needs of women, children and families in south Santa Barbara County. As of 2023, More than $10 million has been donated since 2004, benefiting over 130 local nonprofit programs. The Women’s Fund educates and inspires women to engage in lasting change in our community. All women are welcome to join. All you need to do is make a membership donation and vote for where the collected funds go.

Senior Programs of Santa Barbara Committee Advised FundThe Senior Programs of Santa Barbara Committee Advised Fund provides grants in aid to Santa Barbara, Goleta and Carpinteria nonprofit organizations that address the needs of senior citizens living in these three areas.
